The members of the Provisional Committee of the Foreign Bank invites the General Assembly of the Bank to meet at its normal meeting on Wednesday, 30 October 2019 at 10 am at the headquarters of Libya Central Bank in Tripoli to discuss the following items:
- The reports of the external auditor on the review of financial statements and final Accounts of the Bank for Financial years (2012-2013-2014-2015-2012-2017) and approve them.
- The reports of the Supervision Committee for the years of 2012 - 2018.
- The distributions proposal for financial years from 2012 - 2018.
- The appointment of external auditor to review the financial statements and final accounts for the financial years 2019 and 2020.
- Any other business.
Note: If the General Assembly cannot be held in the specified date for any reason, the Assembly will be held in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of the Statute of the Bank.
