Working with multiple financial institutions and companies enabled the bank to implement several outstanding transactions at the local level covering a variety sectors, including cement, steel, communications, points, and hotels.

It is usually granted to the subsidiary Banks of the Libyan Foreign Bank at differential prices to support their financial positions to meet the needs of the authorities of resident country

The Libyan Foreign Bank manages loans granted by the Libyan State to other countries or financial institutions on their behalf at all stages of the arrangement, refunds, and scheduling.
